Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between Otovoi and you (the business owner or authorized user). By registering for or signing in to the dashboard you are deemed to accept them.

1. The service

Otovoi is a SaaS dashboard that lets workshops manage customers, vehicles, job records, job line items, photos/documents, payments and cash processes. It does not produce public vehicle registry data or appraisal reports from a plate/VIN. The accuracy of the data is the responsibility of the business entering it.

2. Account and roles

Registration creates a business (tenant). The owner, admin and employee roles have different permissions. You are obliged to keep your password confidential and to report unauthorized access immediately. The last owner account may not be closed until the business data is deleted or transferred.

3. Trial and fees

New businesses can try the service free for 14 days; a credit card is not required. The Professional plan is announced at TRY 1,500 + VAT per month; the current amount is shown in the dashboard and on invoices. If the subscription is not renewed, write operations may be restricted; data is kept for a reasonable period.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful workshop operations.
• Do not attempt to access another tenant's data, overload the system or reverse engineer it.
• Uploaded files must relate to the job; malware or unlawful content is prohibited.
• You must collect customer personal data in compliance with the KVKK and process it with Otovoi only for that purpose.

5. Content and intellectual property

You own the rights to the job and customer data you upload to the dashboard; Otovoi processes it only to provide the service. The Otovoi software, brand and interface belong to Otovoi. They may not be copied, sold or transferred to a competing product.

6. Interruptions and liability

Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure or force majeure. To the extent permitted by law, Otovoi cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data. Where liability is unavoidable, it is limited to the subscription fee paid for the relevant period.

7. Termination

You may request to close your account. In the event of a serious breach, Otovoi may suspend access. After termination, data is deleted or anonymized, except where legal retention applies.

8. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.

This text is a general contractual framework; if a special order or corporate agreement has been signed separately, that document takes precedence.
