Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. Otovoi may also use browser localStorage. This text applies to the marketing website and the application dashboard.

1. Records we use

• Essential session cookies (dashboard): required on app.otovoi.com for sign-in, security and tenant context. The dashboard does not work without them.
• Functional storage (marketing website): your brand kit selection (otovoi-brand-kit) and theme preference (otovoi-color-scheme) are stored in your browser; shareable URL parameters (theme, wordmark, icon) are written to the address bar.
• Language preference (marketing website): when you use the language switch, an otovoi-lang cookie is stored for one year. It is used only to open the page in your preferred language and is not used for tracking.
• Fonts: the Google Fonts request is a third-party connection; Google's own privacy policy applies.

This version deliberately does not place advertising or analytics cookies (e.g. a Google Analytics advertising ID). If they are added in the future, this page will be updated.

2. Duration

Session cookies expire when the browser closes or after a set period. A localStorage record may remain until you delete it.

3. Management

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you disable essential cookies you may not be able to sign in to the dashboard. To clear your brand preference, simply delete the site data.
